We ship Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
If you are not satisfied with the item(s) purchased online from Azurer E-Shop, you can return and get the refund according to our return policy. Please read before your return.
We do not support any type of Exchanges.
The return item(s) must meet the following requirements:
• Items can be returned to Azurer within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns, which are overtime.
• New, unworn piece(s) within its/their original package(s), original tag(s) and the "Azurer Return Tag". We sincerely recommend all customers to check the item(s) thoroughly before removing any tags or disposing any original packages.
• Please fill in the return form and return it with the return item(s).
• Defective or damaged item will only be accepted if the item was defective or damaged upon receipt. If the package after receipt is severely damaged, please keep photo evidences and contact us by email.
• Due to hygiene Jewelry can only be returned with original package and are unworn.
• Sales products, which meet the return requirements, are as well subjective to the return policy.
Items, which are exempt from being returned:
• Items which do not meet the return requirements.
• Electronic devices.
• Gift card.
• Cosmetic products which have been used.
Domestic Returns (Germany)
The domestic return for residences in Germany is free of charge.
Domestic customers please visit our Return Center for return processing.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover any fees regarding to the return (including shipment and customer fees) for customers outside Germany. And we cannot accept responsibility and compensation costs for such. Additionally, Azurer Store will not cover any customs or import duties for customers from non-EU countries.
Customers outside Germany will be asked to complete the return form and apply this form with the return item together for shipping. we recommend use traceable courier service. Azurer Store will accept no responsibility and compensation cost for losing items.

You will receive an acceptation of return from Azurer E-Shop via E-mail. The refund will be issued via original payment method within two weeks of the acceptation. Due to different payment ways, the refund may take up to thirty days.
